Results disclaimer: Face observation is an empirically derived system. We make no legal guarantee of the absolute "accuracy" or "applicability" of report contents. This website assumes no liability for any actions you take or consequences that arise from referencing our reports.

Lawful authorization: You guarantee that any photo uploaded to this website is of yourself, or that you have obtained explicit authorization from the person in the photo. Uploading unauthorized photos of others, photos of public figures, or images infringing others' privacy is strictly prohibited.

Photo requirements: Uploaded photos must meet the standard of "front-facing, natural light, no filters, clear features." If a photo is excessively blurry or below standard, we will email you within 24 hours to request a re-upload (at no extra charge).

Content restrictions: Uploading any image containing violence, pornography, illegal material, or offensive content is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is found, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without refund.

Scheduling & delivery: The Snapshot has a delivery time of approximately 3–4 business days; the Life Manual approximately 1–2 business days. Delivery time is calculated from receipt of a compliant photo.

Refund conditions: You may request a full refund before your photo enters the analysis process. Once the expert begins review and analysis, refunds are no longer accepted, as substantial human labor costs have been invested. If three consecutive submitted photos all fail to meet analysis standards, we will proactively cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Plan upgrades: If you purchased the Snapshot and wish to upgrade to the Life Manual, you may apply for an upgrade by paying the price difference, and the expert will conduct a deep supplemental analysis based on your existing photo.

Destroyed-after-review promise: We strictly enforce the destroyed-after-review mechanism. Within 24 hours after report delivery, your original photo and related temporary files are permanently destroyed by the system automatically, and a destruction timestamp is attached to the report.

No data misuse: We never perform facial recognition, never build photo databases, and never use your photos to train any AI model. For detailed provisions, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
